Lives in Llansamlet, Swansea and has over 31 years experience in the security industry starting at age 18 as a Supervisor in what was known as Top Rank in Swansea. He subsequently gained valuable experience elsewhere including Manchester before returning to Swansea.

His potential was soon recognised and he moved into management of night clubs which included the Licensee and General Manager of the Valbonne Night Club and later Site Security Manager of the Ritzy Night Club Complex. For a short while he owned and ran the Cavalier Night Club, which was a very successful venue and well respected in the industry. Having gained wide experience in all aspects of the club scene, he accepted a take over bid along with other clubs in the area.

From his background, he recognised there was a very definite need locally for good, professional door staff. He was well known and respected by all the local club owners and licensees and it soon became apparent there was a potential business opportunity so Silurian Security Services LTD was founded some 5 years ago.

His business ethics to customers and staff and his commitment to a high quality to service have enabled the company to achieve a solid customer base, and develop these relationships.
