Management Liaison
......................................................................................................................

We cannot over emphasise how important we consider good, frequent communication to be between our clients and ourselves.

From the beginning of a contract, we establish a point of contact for you who will be your channel of communication on a day-to-day basis, and all the necessary phone numbers and email addresses are exchanged at the outset. We can establish a mutually convenient and practical schedule of visits on a weekly basis. This would ensure that the requirements are regularly reviewed and any issues raised are resolved in an agreed timescale.

We would also like to meet, on a less frequent basis, with senior management to ensure our service is meeting the standard of your organisation and to discuss any future amendments to your needs.

The fact that we have long standing contracts should indicate that we have been successful in maintaining excellent client relationships over the years by never letting issues get out of hand.

Security Manager / Head Door Supervisor
......................................................................................................................

Your door staff are your welcoming face. Clearly this role is of prime importance at any establishment.

This person effectively becomes 'the eyes and ears' for us as the security organisation and for you as the venue management. The selection of the right person for this role is, therefore, uppermost in our minds. The individual must have high personal qualities of honesty, appearance, reliability and good management skills. Once the parameters are then established for the particular venue in terms of jurisdiction, management liaison, reporting procedures etc. an efficient security team can be maintained of which you and we can be proud.
