Our Staff can also provide first aid, carry out site evacuations as well as reporting any breaches of company rules and detection of any illegal substance abuse. Any incidents are then logged by our staff using the relevent paperwork.
As part of our customer service standards - in providing your security service expectations, we will provide you with a monthly report to include the number of monthly incidents, staff turnover, sickness and any trends we feel you should be made aware of. You will have the opportunity to voice any concerns or queries that you may have with a member of Silurian senior management.
