The uniform worn by our staff is largely dictated by the requirements of our customers for their particular premises.

Historically, the standard has been; red polo shirts, black fleece or padded jacket all including the Silurian name and logo with black trousers and shoes. To further increase identification, some clients request our staff to wear high visibility jackets and display the SIA badge on the arm.

However, the standard uniform is not suitable for all establishments so the dress can be upgraded to include black suits, white shirts, clip on ties enhanced by overcoats where required. We always undertake to ensure the dress code of our staff and the staff themselves meet the requirements of our customer and venue
